• Managed the development and verification of $4.5 million in annual energy, utility and operational savings.
• Negotiated numerous special contracts with Large Commercial and Industrial customers.
• Served as Commissioner and Chairman of the New Mexico Public Service Commission.
• Provided complex financial and technical assessments for cogeneration, steam turbine drives, natural gas absorption and electric centrifugal cooling, thermal energy storage, HVAC, and boilers.
