1. Utility Assessment

Utility Consumption Assessment

Premier Energy Solutions will assess all utilities used at the customer’s facility. We will assess the customer’s energy consumption characteristics and develop strategies to optimize energy consumption. Examples of utility assessments:

• Reliability

Utility Rate Assessment

Based on our assessment of a customer’s current utility consumption patterns and possible technology applications at their facility, we will identify potential savings based on the customer's existing rate classification as well as potential changes in customer usage that would qualify the customer for more beneficial rate classifications. We will determine the mix of technology applications and utility rate classifications that will optimize a customer's utility bill. Examples of rate assessments:

• Perform utility bill analysis
• Identify potential savings based on the customer's existing rate classification
• Identify potential savings based on new rate classifications for which a customer could qualify with usage changes resulting from technology applications
• Assess and recommend retail choice alternatives (where applicable)

2. Energy Management

Premier Energy Solutions will start by understanding the business needs of the customer. We will then perform in-depth facility surveys and economic evaluations to identify all pertinent energy management opportunities. Our assessments include:

• Assessment of the type, condition and use of existing utility consuming equipment
• Assessment and recommendations for operating improvements
• Assessment and recommendations for the retrofit or replacement of existing equipment
• Assessment and recommendations for the application of new equipment
• Calculation of utility savings as a result of implementing recommended improvements
• Capital cost for the implementation of each recommended improvement

Specific areas of a facility survey includes:
